Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LevelUp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. LevelUp is a decentralized application that facilitates the creation and trading of ERC-20 tokens on the Base network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Nature of the Platform

LevelUp provides a user interface for interacting with smart contracts deployed on the Base blockchain. The Platform does not custody, control, or manage any digital assets. All transactions occur directly on the blockchain and are irreversible.

The bonding curve smart contracts are permissionless and non-custodial. Once deployed, token contracts operate autonomously and cannot be modified, paused, or censored by the LevelUp team.

4. Token Creation

When you create a token on LevelUp, you deploy an ERC-20 smart contract on the Base network. You are solely responsible for the token you create, including its name, symbol, description, and any associated imagery. You must not create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights or promote illegal activity.

5. Trading & Fees

All trades on bonding curves are subject to a 2% fee: 1.2% is distributed to the token creator and 0.8% to the protocol. Fees are collected automatically by the smart contract and are non-refundable. Token prices are determined algorithmically by the bonding curve and may fluctuate significantly.

6. Risks

Trading digital assets involves significant risk. Token prices can go to zero. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. LevelUp does not provide financial advice and makes no guarantees about the value, liquidity, or performance of any token on the Platform.

Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. While our contracts have been designed with care, they have not been independently audited. Use at your own risk.

7. Graduation

When a token reaches Level 16 (0.9 ETH TVL), its liquidity is automatically migrated from the bonding curve to a Uniswap V2 pool. This process is irreversible and executed entirely by the smart contract. After graduation, the token trades freely on Uniswap and is no longer governed by the bonding curve.

8. Community Features

Chat messages, reactions, and other community interactions are stored off-chain. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates community guidelines, including spam, harassment, or illegal content. Your wallet address is publicly visible when you participate in chat.

9. Limitation of Liability

LevelUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from trading, smart contract failures, network congestion, or third-party actions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
