1. What We Collect

LevelUp collects minimal data. We do not require accounts, emails, or personal information to use the Platform. When you interact with LevelUp, the following data may be collected:

  • Wallet address — your public blockchain address, used to identify you in chat and verify token holdings
  • Chat messages — messages you post in token chats are stored on our servers and visible to all users
  • Reactions — emoji reactions you add to tokens are stored with your wallet address
  • Transaction data — buy/sell transactions are indexed from the public blockchain

2. What We Don't Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
  • We do not sell or share any data with third parties
  • We do not store your private keys or seed phrases

3. Blockchain Data

All token transactions occur on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible by design. Your wallet address, transaction history, and token balances are part of the public blockchain record. LevelUp indexes this data to display it on the Platform but does not create or control it.

4. Wallet Authentication

LevelUp uses Privy for wallet authentication. When you connect your wallet, Privy may collect technical data such as your browser type and IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Privy's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Telegram Integration

If a token reaches Level 6, a topic is created in the LevelUp Telegram group. Messages posted in Telegram topics may be bridged to the on-site chat and vice versa. Your Telegram username will be visible in the on-site chat when messages are bridged.

6. Data Retention

Chat messages and reactions are stored indefinitely. Blockchain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted. If you wish to remove your chat messages, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

7. Third-Party Services

LevelUp integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Base / Ethereum — blockchain network for all onchain transactions
  • Privy — wallet authentication
  • Uniswap — decentralized exchange for graduated tokens
  • Telegram — community messaging and notifications
  • Tenor — GIF search in chat (Level 10+)
